The reason I’m asking is because I make hats, scarfs, blankets & baby blankets. I want to get my work out there because I want to start my own little shop. So if you have any information on that I would love to know. I have at least over 50 creations of stuff that I have for selling for any state or country (Only Canada For Now). Can I go for vacation to Paraguay without been worried about the crime?
Ok here is the thing,on december for Christmas I would like to go to Paraguay to meet my in laws so we will go with my wife and my two babies and I’d hear allot of stuff about the crime in Paraguay,even the web of the USA embassy in Asuncion have a block about the security and they talk about the assaults, kidnappings, robberies, and rapes and now I know if is a good idea to go to meet my in laws at least this year. I mean I’m not worried about me,I’m more concerned about my babies and wife.
I never been in Paraguay before so I don’t know what to think, and my wife is not going there for more than 10 years because She was leaving in Argentina with her parents before she move to USA,and she had been living in USA for 7 years so I can not ask her.
Do you think is true that is that danger or is all exageration.Please I will appreciate to receive help from the people that has been in Paraguay or live there.

SAFETY AND SECURITY: As stated in the Department of State’s latest Worldwide Caution, U.S. citizens overseas may be targeted by extremist groups and should maintain a high level of vigilance. The U.S. Embassy is not aware of any specific terrorist threat to Americans in Paraguay. Individuals and organizations providing financial support to extremist groups operate in Ciudad del Este and along the tri-border area between Paraguay, Brazil and Argentina. Small armed groups have also been reported to be operating in the San Pedro and Concepcion Departments. Drug trafficking remains a serious concern in the Department of Amambay. Because of concerns about the lack of security in border areas, the U.S. Embassy in Asuncion requires U.S. Government personnel and their family members to provide advance notice and a travel itinerary when traveling to Ciudad del Este or Pedro Juan Caballero. As a general precaution, the Embassy also counsels its employees traveling outside the capital to provide an itinerary including dates, contact names, and telephone numbers where the employee may be reached.
Since January 2007, there have been numerous kidnapping incidents mainly in the Alto Parana department. Targets have been members of the Paraguayan business community or their family members. It is believed that the individuals responsible for the kidnappings are financially motivated and have pre-selected their targets based on the victims’ wealth.
U.S. citizens should avoid large gatherings or any other event where crowds have congregated to demonstrate or protest. Such activities have resulted in intermittent road closures including major routes traveled by tourists and residents. While generally nonviolent, demonstrations and/or roadblocks have turned violent in the past. Areas where such closures and barricades exist should be avoided. U.S. citizens who encounter demonstrations and/or roadblocks should not attempt to continue the planned travel or to confront those at the roadblock. Instead, they should avoid areas where individuals are demonstrating and in case of roadblock, wait for the road to reopen or return to the origin of their trip. Uniformed police often conduct roving checks of vehicles and passengers.

Some tips to stay safe:
When driving always keep your doors locked and your windows up. People might literally open your door and take your purse
Have your wife watch for suspicious people when taking money out of the ATM. Try to avoid ATMs at night.
Don’t wear expensive jewelry or watches. Think about leaving your wedding bands at home and get “substitute” bands for traveling.
Keep large amounts of money and important documents in a waist or neck band if you absolutely need to take them with you out of the house. Only access these while in the bathroom so that people don’t know you have them.
If you wear a backpack, get a kind that has double zippers so that you can lock the 2 zippers together to prevent pick-pockets.
Be extra careful at night, around bus/train/taxi stations, and in areas that you know are dangerous.

Really Upset 2 Many Problems And I Can Seem To Get Over This 16 Years Old?
Ok so im 16, and i have a lot of problems in my life reasently. I can’t seem to get over some stuff and i feel like crap every day. I can’t seem to be happy anymore. I have always bin a happy person most of the time. I started feeling depressed when i was on a P2P file sharing site in late November. (a P2P site is a site were you download movies, music, game, and so on and so on for free) There was a child porn picter on there that i saw, i was shocked and i couldn’t bealive it. How someone could sink so low and do that to a child i will never know. (i don’t even know how the image got on there in the first place but there were meny more of them and i felt so sick) After that day my hole life has bin upside down, i didn’t want anything for christmas this year i can’t help but cry inside everytime i see a child (i don’t even wanna be near a child because then i feel bad everytime i see one.) I think have bin feeling upset for this long is because i knew what the file was, and i thought why the hell is this on here. Anotherthing that has bin causeing dramma in my life is, my life. I am gay, (and if you people have a problem with that then leave this blog) i have known im gay since i was 11 or 12. No one knows im gay and i plane to keep it that way until i move out. But know im starting to think what if i never fine that someone i want to love for the rest of me life. I really think that im a good person, but know one seems to get me. I want to someone who is smart, funny, not scared to cry but not a cry baby. Someone who has a good head on there shoulders, someone who douse not sleep around, someone who only loves me for me. And is not the stario type gay like we often see on TV or in movies. I don’t know is that so hard to ask for. I bealive in God 100% and he is often with me. But after going throw some of the stuff that i have bin throw in my life, that i don’t want to get into on here, and in this pass mouth its just bin really hard. And i can’t stop crying, i always think another day that gouse bye is another day clouser to hell for me. because of the pics i saw and because i am gay. know one ever see’ s my pain. My mom and dad say they love me but i have a feeling if they knew the real me they would never look at me that same (they dont like gay’s.) but may mom and dad know that i don’t think theres anything wrong with gay people. I told them one of my friends was less and the kept saying omg really, i can’t bealive it. Its just really hard and i have bin trying to keep a smile on my face at school and at home but i can’t stop thinking about thouse kids. Like i just wish i could go back in time and blook thouse images from my head. I know i have asked this queston before and i am trying to get over it but my mom and day took me to Grate Wolf Loge (its a in door water park and hotel in Canada) a few days ago and there was all kinds of kids there i really wanted to just go brakedown somewere but i couldn’t because its a one room hotel and there was like no were to go because my mom dad brother and sister would see. Next: Realize that you are perfect just the way you are. Regardless of what people think of you or how people treat you, your family and friends are those who accept you as God has created you.
Realize that it’s alright to feel this level of frustration, especially in high school. It will get better when you gain a little independence, so continue your education and consider college after graduation.
Lastly: There are plenty of gay teen hot lines for you to call, even if from a pay phone (don’t call from your house phone unless you want your parents to know).

child support & custody and access agreements should be called just that right?
I received my baby‘s fathers “agreement” However His lawyer drew it up as “Separation Agreement” We NEVER lived together, and Were NEVER married. At least 2-3 pages out of the 12 pages it is, Goes on all about “releasing your spousal support”, We pay our own health benefits, A lot of stuff that HAS Nothing to do with either of because we were never together, Its written as separation agreement, AS if we were in the middle of a divorce, about assets as well.
I am asking his lawyer change this before I even seek a lawyer, because I do not want to waste the limited time I will have with a lawyer (up to 30 minutes free) And that is all I should need, I just need to ask about some of the wording but most of it was the title should be called What it is about Correct? Which is “child support and custody and access”.?? I asked my friend who has two kids and has done this before, and he said We never lived together so it shouldn’t be titled as such either.
We live in Ontario, Canada, I am just wondering, because His lawyer knows we never lived together, and even wrote that in it but there are lines such as you release any future spousal support ect, and we are together my boyfriend and i, however we live apart and want the agreement just to be legal and everything.
He has asked his lawyer if it should be called this and she has said repeatedly “its correct thats how you do it”.
Isn’t she wrong?? It is OUT of court agreement just lawyer has written up then i give my changes and go back and forth without wasting or tieing up the courts.
I am seeing a lawyer just haven’t had my appointment yet and this is on my questions but I am asking her to change it, In case she says No, its still right and how you ” do it”.

Lawyers have standard forms they use, it sounds like you got a standard form.
While the title may not matter, it might be correct, all of the asset separation stuff shouldn’t be there and I would flat out tell your ex that until that piece of paper talks about the child and ONLY the child you will not be signing anything. That should be clear enough for them!
